The Guy Who Fired His Boss

Discover the Secret Entrepreneur in You;

Turn Your Simple Idea into a Thriving Business

Dear Sam,

Re: The Guy Who Cracked the Code

My business development eyes opened the day I finished reading your

book: The Guy Who Fired His Boss. Am so grateful that God

brought this up at the perfect moment when I am trying to turn around

my struggling business. The main character in the book is in a similar

situation like I am in currently. But in the book I find inspiration and

encouragement.

The step by step lessons have been instrumental in the planning process

am currently in. This has also been facilitated by a white paper report you

wrote sometime back; Prison Break: 7 Top constraints that hinder

SMEs Growth into Big Companies. This has helped me understand

my business in a way I have never understood before. The one thing I

have difficulty cracking is: What the best business model for our business

is. My one request, could you be my V.J as I get into the process of

discovering it?

As I went through The Guy Who Fired His Boss I realized what I did

wrong from day one: having no definite problems to solve, a notthought-

out business model, undefined target market, haphazard and

costly marketing and working in the business instead of working on it.

Am grateful that I have learnt this now.

Now am on the road to success. It is clear on my mind how I will go

about connecting the dots as I transition from an entrepreneur into a

Successpreneur. The distinction between the two is like mid-day and

mid-night.

I’m charged and inspired to share these lessons with fellow

youngpreneurs in my circle. I would also love to support your cancer

initiative. I’m happy I have discovered you and your work.

Thank you for the wonderful book.

Best Regards,

Denis Gachoki

from the business. It should be an independent animal..........
